From a Claude chat to your review queue
Save an AI explanation, read it again later, highlight it, and make it stick with spaced review.
An AI explanation is often the clearest thing you'll read on a topic — and it's gone the moment the chat scrolls away. This workflow keeps it.
#Before you start
Connect ReadingTrack to Claude, Claude Code or ChatGPT.
#1. Save the explanation
- Get a good answer
Ask your question and follow up until the explanation really clicks.
- Ask to save it
Say: “Save that explanation to ReadingTrack as ‘How B-trees stay balanced’.”
- Approve the tool call
The assistant shows what it will save. Approve, and it replies with a link.
Learning a whole topic? Ask: “Make a ReadingTrack list called ‘Database internals’ with the three explanations you gave me today, in order.”
#2. Reread it later
The saved explanation appears in your library as an AI article. Open it in the reader a day or two later — that gap helps you notice what you'd already forgotten.
#3. Mark what matters
- Highlight
Highlight the two or three sentences that carry the idea.
- Write your takeaway
Restate it in your own words. If you can't, ask the assistant a follow-up and save that too.
- Turn on Worth remembering
#4. Review
Over the next weeks, Review asks you about it — first after a day or two, then less often as it sticks.
