Build a study list from a syllabus
Paste a course page, newsletter or chat answer and turn its links into an ordered reading list in seconds.
Course syllabi, “awesome” lists and newsletters are full of links in a sensible order. ReadingTrack can read that text and build the list for you — keeping only links that are actually there.
#Option A: Paste text on the web
- Copy the source
Select the syllabus or post (text and links) and copy it.
- Open the list importer
Go to Reading Lists → Paste from anywhere ✨.
- Paste and continue
ReadingTrack finds the links, names each one, groups them, and writes a short description.
- Review the preview
Fix titles, reorder items, remove anything you don't want, add notes, or use Add resource. Nothing is saved yet.
- Choose visibility and confirm
Keep it Private for yourself, or make it Public to share. Then confirm to create the list.
#Option B: From a web page with the extension
- Whole page: open the syllabus page, click the extension → Create list from page links.
- Part of a page: select just the section you want, right-click → Create ReadingTrack List from selected text.
Both take you to the same preview to review before anything is saved.
#Work through it
- Read in order
Open each item from the list. Your progress through the list fills in as you read.
- Capture as you go

- Review daily
Your review queue will start quizzing you on the material — the best way to make a course stick.
Up to 20,000 characters of pasted text, 100 links found, and 50 resources in the preview.
