Review

A few questions a day, spaced so the ideas you care about come back right before you'd forget them.

WebChromeiPhoneAndroid

Reading something once is rarely enough to remember it. The Review tab asks you about ideas from things you've read, at growing intervals, so they stick with a few minutes of effort a day.

#Where review questions come from

  • The review questions in each item's insights.
  • Your takeaway and highlights. Questions from sections you highlighted are preferred, and labelled “From a section you highlighted”.

Only items marked Worth remembering are reviewed.

#Doing a review

  1. Read the question

Try to answer from memory first. That effort is what makes it stick.

  2. Reveal

Choose Reveal to see the expected answer and the passage it came from.

  3. Rate yourself

Pick Remembered, Partly remembered, Forgot or Not worth reviewing.
