#How to export

Open Settings
In the web app, go to Settings → Your reading data.
Export
Choose Export reading history. A file named readingtrack-history-YYYY-MM-DD.json downloads.

#What's in the file

Field	Contents
`readingHistory`	Every saved item: URL, title, type, status, dates, topics and tags.
`sessions`	Every reading session: start, end, duration and device.
`memories`	Takeaways, highlights, personal notes, summaries and your review history.

Sync first

Reading time the extension hasn't uploaded yet isn't included. Keep the browser open and online for a few minutes before exporting if you've just been reading.
