ReadingTrack has no email-and-password sign-in, so there's no new password to remember or reset.
Each provider opens its own library. If you see an empty library after signing in, sign out and sign back in with the provider you used first.
#Signing in on a new device
- Open the app or extension
Choose Sign in to ReadingTrack.
- Choose your original provider
A browser window opens for the provider. Approve it and you're returned to the app.
- Check your library
Your saves, lists and reviews appear immediately. Reading time recorded offline syncs on its next connection.
#Changing your name or email
On the web, open Settings. On mobile, open Account → Edit name and email. Your email is used for the weekly recap and account messages only.
#Deleting your account
Deleting your account permanently removes your library, reading history, highlights, notes, reviews and lists. Any renewing subscription is cancelled first.
- Web: go to readingtrack.com/delete-account.
- Mobile: Account → Delete account → Permanently delete my account.
Export your reading history before deleting. Deletion can't be undone.
